Orange Music Foundation Limited is a company limited by guarantee established to act as Trustee of the trusts named herein as well as other trusts which already are, or may in the future be, established for compatible purposes. Such trusts may set their own conditions as to the application of their funds, provided the compatibility requirement is met.

Generally speaking, the Foundation's objectives are to promote and support music education, proficiency and standards and also performance, appreciation and enjoyment of music and to foster an interest in music in the city of Orange and surrounding regions.

Orange Music Foundation Limited has been endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a deductible gift recipient to receive tax deductible donations and bequests.

The Board of Directors of Orange Music Foundation Limited  includes experienced members of the legal and accountancy professions and members of the Orange community experienced in music education and performance management and direction.

There are several ways of contributing to these developments; you may:

• make an untied donation to Orange Music Foundation

• specify what you would like your donation to do

• form a trust with specific conditions attached and appoint Orange Music Foundation Limited as its corporate trustee (see examples named above)

• make a bequest in your will
